Scope
This procedure applies when you want to enforce the Technical Accuracy Policy during editing.
Steps (required outputs)
A) Terminology list
- Provide 6–12 key terms with one-line definitions (as used in the current text).
B) Claim ledger
- List every non-trivial claim.
- Tag each as FACT / INFERENCE / UNKNOWN.
- For FACT: attach its support (provided text or an explicit cited source).
C) Overclaim scan
- Rewrite any sentence that could be challenged:
- remove or bound absolutes,
- separate observation vs inference,
- replace ambiguous wording with least-committal accurate wording.
Delivery
After A–C, provide a FINAL section that contains only the cleaned, publication-ready text + a confidence score (0–100).
