This Privacy Policy explains how Andy’s AI Playbook processes personal data in connection with newsletter subscriptions, contact messages, site hosting, site analytics, and externally hosted fonts.

Data categories
The site may process the following categories of data:
- your email address, the form tag, and UTM source, medium, and campaign values when you submit a newsletter form;
- the visitor IP address logged and stored by GitHub Pages for security;
- technical and usage data handled through Google Analytics, including browser or device information, referring URL, page path, page location, page title, content group, page type, and selected interaction events;
- request data sent by your browser when it loads Google Fonts, including the IP address, requested Google resource, browser and operating-system information, and referring page;
- any information you send directly to the site contact address.
Why this data is processed
The site processes data in order to:
- process newsletter subscriptions and deliver requested email updates;
- respond to messages sent to the site contact address;
- host and deliver the site and support hosting security;
- load the fonts used by the site;
- measure site usage and selected interactions and improve site structure and content.
Service providers currently used
The site currently uses:
- GitHub Pages to host and deliver the site. GitHub states that it logs and stores a visitor’s IP address for security when a GitHub Pages site is visited. See What is GitHub Pages?.
- Google Analytics for analytics and usage measurement. See Google Analytics data safeguards.
- Google Fonts to deliver font resources requested by the visitor’s browser. See Google Fonts privacy and data collection.
- Buttondown to process newsletter subscriptions and deliver newsletter email. See the Buttondown Privacy Policy.
Email use
The site uses email to deliver the newsletter when you subscribe and to respond to messages that you send directly.
Cookies and similar technologies
The production site loads Google Analytics and may set analytics cookies.

Data retention
Google Analytics retention is controlled by the Analytics property settings, which are not present in the site source. Newsletter subscription data is managed in Buttondown. A fixed retention period for direct email correspondence is not published.

International transfers
GitHub, Google, and Buttondown operate services across jurisdictions. Exact processing locations and transfer arrangements for this site’s configuration are not available in the site source. Consult the provider documentation linked above for provider-specific information.
