Pro Access Terms

Legal terms for recurring Pro access billing, cancellation, access activation, and related account rules.

1. Scope

These Pro Access Terms govern paid Pro access to Andy’s AI Playbook.

2. What Pro access covers

Pro access unlocks protected Pro materials, which may include:

• full Pro articles;
• protected review workflows; and
• runnable or working Pro files.

The current Pro library is described on the Pro, Sign in, and Account pages.

3. Sign-in and billing are separate steps

Sign-in opens an account.

Pro access is a separate subscription step and is not created by sign-in alone.

4. Billing provider

Recurring Pro access is started and managed through PayPal.

5. Price and billing cycle

Pro access is billed at US$19 per month on a recurring basis until it is canceled in PayPal or the billing setup ends.

6. Access activation

Protected Pro content unlocks only when the account shows active Pro access.

Payment approval and access activation may not occur at exactly the same moment.

7. Management and cancellation

Existing Pro users manage renewal, payment method, and cancellation in PayPal.

The Account page verifies whether Pro access is active for the signed-in email and opens checkout when access is not active. It does not provide direct PayPal subscription management.

Canceling in PayPal stops future recurring billing for this site. Protected Pro access depends on the billing status recorded for the account.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case through the contact email below.

This page does not promise automatic refunds.

9. Failed, inactive, or unverifiable billing

If Pro access is inactive, expired, canceled, or cannot be verified, protected Pro content does not unlock.

10. Changes

These Pro Access Terms may be updated when the Pro library, billing flow, or payment setup changes.
