Terms governing use of Andy's AI Playbook and its public and member-only materials.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Andy’s AI Playbook, you agree to these Terms of Use.

What the site provides

Andy’s AI Playbook provides public technical content and, where applicable, protected paid member content.

Public materials may include guides, prompts, policies, articles, reference pages, and updates.

Paid member materials may include full member articles, protected review workflows, and working files.

Accounts and sign-in

Access to account features is handled through email sign-in.

Sign-in opens an account and lets a user check access status and manage paid access, but sign-in alone does not create paid member access.

Paid access is a separate recurring subscription flow.

Paid access is started and managed through PayPal.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal or professional use.

You may not:

  • misuse account, access, billing, or protected-content flows;
  • attempt to bypass paid-access controls;
  • copy, redistribute, resell, or republish protected member materials without permission;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, scripts, access checks, or content delivery;
  • use the site in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent.

Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, the site’s content, structure, and materials are protected and all rights are reserved.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services including Supabase, PayPal, and Google Analytics.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The site owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the site owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of use of the site.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated when the site’s access model, billing flow, or service structure changes.

Governing law

NOT VERIFIED: governing law and dispute forum are not yet published in a site policy.
